Pro and Business subscribers can access Scanlily’s Calendar feature to see the bookings made under their account. The user who made the booking and booking status is displayed in a flexible calendar format. When in Reservations with Pickups mode, overdue items (those which haven’t been returned) are displayed in pink.
If you click on a booking, the details will pop up:
If there are multiple overdue bookings, they are grouped together in a peach-colored band entitled “Overdue Items”. Clicking on this will list all of those overdue items:
The web calendar is view-only. Superusers, Administrators and Schedulers can use the mobile or web app to edit the bookings.
